Calhoun School is now accepting donations of gently used formal dresses and men’s suits. You may drop these off at our front office. Students needing formal attire for the spring dance or for 8th grade class night must ask Mrs. Keylon to assist in picking out items from the dress clothes closet. The McMinn County High School marching band is holding Color Guard auditions after school from April 18 to 22, in the MCHS Band Room. The Color Guard performs flag routines with the marching band at halftime of MCHS football games, parades, and marching contests. Friday will be Black and Gold Day at Calhoun School in memory of McMinn County High School Coach Tim McPhail who passed away yesterday. Coach McPhail has been a role model, teacher, and coach of multiple sports for our Minks who attend MCHS. He will be missed by many!
